Astronomy Observing Session : Lyme

March 14 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

DATE COULD SHIFT BASED ON WEATHER– Time to start up again after the winter break; let’s hope the snow is long gone. We can still enjoy the highlights of the winter night sky with Orion and Gemini visible in the south at the session’s start. Jupiter beams brightly high in the sky with three of its four large moons visible as well. The fourth large moon, Europa, will peek out from behind the planet at about 9pm.
